Jeanne, Wendy Thomas of Merrimack, New Hampshire an unemployed mother of six, and John Kerry. Wendy tells of her struggle to provide healthcare for her 6 children after training her overseas replacement for her job. George Bush's answer is to "retrain" people for new jobs. Wendy says she already has several college degrees. Wendy has a degree in Scientific Journalism from the University of Connecticut, a degree in Medical Biology from Sacred Heart University and has completed the class requirements for a Masters in Corporate Communications at Fairfield University. She has also completed class work in Graduate Microbiology at Quinnipiac College and Lowell University and has a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from San Diego State University. She says under George Bush she may need to be trained for retail work. She feels she is a great resource for America that is being wasted. The crowd chants "RETRAIN BUSH!!!"

John Kerry tells the crowd that the way to keep America safe from terrorists is to find them and take them out first. The way to find terrorists is by having the best intelligence on your side. The best way to have the best intelligence is the same way that every other President besides George Bush has done - cooperate with the other great countries of world and work together to overcome the risks of terrorism.
